Songwriter Lyricist Vicki Johnson

About

VICKI JOHNSON.... was born and raised a Texan. She has lived and worked all over the USA and abroad, but currently resides in Louisiana and Alabama. Johnson has been an active member of the film and music industry collectively for 30+ years. She began her career as a Public Relations Specialist in 1981 with various political, entertainment, and corporate credits to her name. Johnson toured back in the 80's with National Recording Artists and Public Figures, as well as maintaining her status as a songwriter, poet, and speech writer. She eventually joined the IATSE 600 International Camera Guild as an accomplished Senior Publicist. However, her first love has always been the music. Over the years, Johnson has gained reputable business relations and clients that have been with her since the 80's, of which her credits and accolades prove favorable.

To date, Johnson has been actively pursuing her works in the recording studio, and she has gained a catalog of mastered songs that are being reviewed for placement, release and performance. She has cultivated working relations with noted producers, recording artists, writers and collaborators to once again find her place back in the creative forum she so loves. When she is not writing, co-writing, or collaborating, this talent still uses her skill set as a Senior Publicist to represent her clients. It is a dream come true for her, and she credits it all to her faith in God.

Johnson continues to independently contract with National Recording Artists and Talents, assign with publicity projects, work on film sets, write and co-write songs, and co-produce events. Her associated memberships include; IATSE 478 in Louisiana, the IATSE 600 International Camera Guild, Salem Publishing as Author of "Remembrances From The Heart," Who's Who in America, and the Outstanding Young Women of America.
